CLM export, browser review and Veeva handoff
Treat package preparation, browser review and acceptance in the intended native client as separate steps.
Check current availability
Open Export on the saved CLM project. The panel separates Native Veeva CLM and HTML5 reviewer preview. Read the availability displayed for the current service and saved presentation.
The public guide currently states that preparing new native slide packages is unavailable. Existing authorized exports can still be checked and downloaded. Follow the living CLM export and Veeva handoff guide for current availability and detailed instructions.
Review the saved revision
Save the presentation and confirm the revision shown in Export CLM handoff. When native package preparation is enabled, review Check presentation, media readiness and saved authoring requirements before preparing packages. Fix blocking findings, save and check again.
A saved export remains attached to its original revision after the project advances. Use Check saved export to inspect its actual state. Use Retry exact saved request only when Studio offers it.
Understand the outputs
A native handoff contains ordered slide ZIPs and an upload map when that export is available. Download package manifest provides the saved revision’s document roles, metadata, relationships and local asset references; a manifest does not prove that a runtime package has been built.
For generic browser review, use HTML5 reviewer preview and Open saved HTML5 review when a matching build is available. Rebuild saved revision prepares a new preview when enabled; follow its status and open the matching result.
Complete acceptance in the intended environment
A prepared ZIP does not establish Vault upload, approval, distribution or device acceptance. Your Veeva administrator and review team must handle the destination workflow and test the actual named client, device and offline behavior.
Review field access, navigation, media and context switching there. Browser sample data and native declarations do not establish a live selected-HCP connection. CLM Studio is independent of Veeva Systems.
