Workspace access and invitations in CLM Studio
If a project is missing or an action is unavailable, start by confirming the signed-in account and workspace.
Review the current workspace and role
Use the account menu to confirm the workspace. Choose Access in the project toolbar to review project access, or Access in the main navigation to review the workspace.
The page shows Your role and the collaborators visible to you. Each member’s Scope, Actions and Status describe the access actually available. If you do not have management permission, Access remains a view of access shared with you.
Join from an invitation
Open the invitation supplied by your workspace administrator. Choose Sign in to accept and use the email address that received the invitation. If the link is missing or invalid, ask the administrator for a new invitation.
If acceptance fails because a different account is signed in, sign out and use the invited account. The Access page manages existing visible memberships; it does not contain an invitation-creation form.
Understand scope and expiry
Membership may be constrained by project, brand or market. A project must match every configured scope. An unchecked scope includes all values in that dimension; a checked scope with no values grants access to no projects in that dimension.
An expiry may also apply. A blank expiry means no expiry is configured. Member status distinguishes active, expiring, expired and revoked access.
Only an authorized manager should change another collaborator’s role or scope. The editor does not offer changes to your own membership or an Owner membership. Membership changes apply across the workspace even when Access was opened from a project.
Recover or request help
If an access change cannot be confirmed, reload Access and inspect the current role, scope and expiry before retrying. If Access cannot load, choose Try again and confirm the current workspace; membership may have changed.
Contact your workspace administrator for access decisions. If a technical problem remains, open a support request with the relevant message and diagnostic IDs. Do not include passwords or API keys.
